Secure. Redundant. Regional by design.
Phase 1 facility development underway in the NY/NJ metro region.
We are currently onboarding critical vendors for operational readiness ahead of our planned 2026 opening.
MetroPoint Colocation is a single-site, carrier-neutral facility currently in Phase 1 build-out.
Our goal is to provide reliable regional colocation for enterprise and MSP workloads in the NY/NJ corridor.
Sufficient capacity for early tenant deployments and phased growth
Redundant infrastructure to support continuous operation during maintenance or component failure
Separate entry routes to reduce the risk of circuit outages
Restricted on-site access with continuous monitoring and badge-based entry
Located in a carrier-dense, infrastructure-friendly district
Designed for proper airflow management and subfloor maintenance access
MetroPoint will offer:
Secure, dedicated space for customers needing isolated environments
Individually secured racks for smaller footprint deployments
Direct fiber connections to carriers and ecosystem partners
On-site staff available for basic troubleshooting, resets, and inspections
Controlled access, surveillance, and continuous facility monitoring
Day-to-day operational assistance for routine customer needs
MetroPoint is currently evaluating operational service partners as part of our initial vendor roster build-out.
We are collecting proposals for the following cleaning and contamination-control services:

Routine cleaning of racks, floors, and equipment aisles to maintain a controlled environment
Removal of dust and particulates beneath raised tiles to protect airflow efficiency
Targeted response to airborne or settled contaminants to reduce hardware risk
Deep cleaning after build-out phases to ready spaces for customer deployment
CRAC/CRAH unit cleaning
Recurring facility-wide cleaning cycles
Rapid dispatch for unexpected contamination events
Dust and debris removal from cable trays, ducts, and overhead structures
If you provide these services in the NY/NJ area, please don't hesitate to reach out.
