Facility Overview

MetroPoint Colocation is a single-site, carrier-neutral facility currently in Phase 1 build-out.
Our goal is to provide reliable regional colocation for enterprise and MSP workloads in the NY/NJ corridor.

Vendor Pre-Qualification

MetroPoint is currently evaluating operational service partners as part of our initial vendor roster build-out.

We are collecting proposals for the following cleaning and contamination-control services:

inside data center

Data hall surface cleaning

Routine cleaning of racks, floors, and equipment aisles to maintain a controlled environment

Subfloor / raised-floor plenum cleaning

Removal of dust and particulates beneath raised tiles to protect airflow efficiency

Contamination and particulate mitigation

Targeted response to airborne or settled contaminants to reduce hardware risk

Post-construction / turnover cleaning

Deep cleaning after build-out phases to ready spaces for customer deployment

Coil, filter, and surrounding area cleaning

CRAC/CRAH unit cleaning

Scheduled quarterly / semi-annual maintenance

Recurring facility-wide cleaning cycles

On-call emergency response

Rapid dispatch for unexpected contamination events

Ceiling and overhead infrastructure cleaning

Dust and debris removal from cable trays, ducts, and overhead structures
